Gingersnap Muffins
To Print: Right Click and Press Print.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs.:
   1/2 cup butter
   1/2 cup sugar
   2 eggs


Combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices:
   4 cups flour
   2 tsp. baking powder
   1/2 tsp salt
   1 tsp cinnamon
   1 tsp ginger
   1/2 tsp cloves


Add to the flour and butter mixture:
   1 cup hot water
   1 cup molasses
   1 cup raisins


Bake 375 for 20 to 25 min.
